In 1985 Founded “Music Broadcasting Services Ltd”. This independent record label handled the excusive rights to the Walt Disney Audio Catalogue in the United Kingdom and was responsible for the Disney audio soundtrack line.

In 1991 Founded the Merlin Group This company specialized in the re-recording of hits with original artists of the past, Merlin was able to build a catalogue of re-recordings which it licensed to many record companies around the world for mid-priced CD.. Merlin also produced and marketed a number of television specials.

1995 Co-Founded Mastertone AS Mastertone was a music sales and marketing company.

1995 distributor of the Alien Autopsy Footage.

2001 Co-Founded WHE Group / WHE International Ltd specializing in film production and television specials
