'''Nicolas Ghattas Mahfoud'''(نقولا غطاس محفوض, born 29 March 1959) is a Lebanese entrepreneur and businessman, married to Fayrouz Al Beainy (فيروز البعيني) and have 3 childrens, Rawad Mahfoud (رواد محفوض, the eldest born 28 January 1988), Rémy Mahfoud (ريمي محفوض, born 28 August 1990) and the youngest Charbel Mahfoud (شربل محفوض, born 19 September 1999).

Nicolas Mahfoud was born in Fatka, Ftouh Kesserwan, Lebanon. He was the second child of Ghattas Mahfoud (غطاس محفوض) and Hanne Al Khoury (حنة الخوري). His father the eldest son of the Mayor of Fatka district Na'amtallah Mahfouz (نعمة الله محفوظ). In his early life his family was setteled in winter at Al Qmayrzi (القميرزة) village near his father land and his school, and for the summer they moved to Fatka (فتقا) his beloved village where he loved to play. At his teenage they finally settled in his beloved village where he's settled till now.

On 28 February 1987, Nicolas Mahfoud married Fayrouz Al Beainy (فيروز البعيني). They had three children:

  → Rawad Mahfoud (28 January 1988).
  → Rémy Mahfoud (28 August 1990).
  → Charbel Mahfoud (19 September 1999). 

At the beginning of his career Nicolas founded with his brothers a pastry shop situated at Okaiby (العقيبة) called Al A'arayssy (حلوبات العريسي), after the business has expended Mahfoud began working as real estate broker and developer. Earning big income from his pastry shop and real estate, Nicolas Mahfoud expanded his real estate business after the booming in 2008 and began building and selling apartments in several regions. In 2010 Nicolas Mahfoud was appointed Vice-consul of Guinea-Bissau Consulate in Lebanon.

In Honor of his givings Mahfoud was appointed Ambassador of Human Rights in Lebanon in May 2012.

Nicolas Mahfoud was elected in the syndicate of "Real Estate Experts" in 2015.

Nicolas Mahfoud was awarded in a big gala diner at Casino Du Liban "Best Lebanese Man of 2014", in 2015 the Arabic Association of Consultants in International Arbitration who is part of honored him in a big event.
