If I'm on Wikipedia, it usually means I'm reading about a topic irrelevant to the reason I came here in the first place. For example, a simple search for information on the "Stefan-Boltzmann law" will inevitably digress into a link-clicking extravaganza leading to an article about something completely unrelated like "boomburbs". At that point I'll realize how much time I've wasted reading random Wikipedia articles and force myself to close the browser window. There goes four hours I'll never see again.

I'm a student at Columbia University.
