Keonos emerged from the India operations of UK-based Sabio Group (formerly makepositive), bringing forward 14 years of experience in delivering Salesforce solutions to global clients. Following a strategic management buyout, Keonos now operates as an independent entity while maintaining their contractor relationship with Sabio for Salesforce services^[1]. Led by Manu Dewan, a Salesforce Partnership Leader with 20 years in the UK and US Salesforce partner ecosystem^[2].

Keonos has served more than 400+ customers in EMEA region in the last 22 years under erstwhile makepositive which was a Salesforce Platinum partner with 1900+ successful project deliveries with 96% of the clients based in UK and a matchless average CSAT of 4.9 out of 5 demonstrating excellent client satisfaction.

Manu began his Salesforce journey in 2005 as a developer and grew into a global leader, managing large-scale projects across India, the UK, Australia, and the US ^[3]. He set up the India arm of Makepositive, scaling it into a Salesforce Centre of Excellence and helping the company achieve and sustain Platinum Partner status. He introduced Agile, DevOps, QA, Product Development as part of the offerings and led the creation of Provar – now a successful standalone product ^[4].

As part of the makepositive’s leadership team, he managed the transition of the company to Sabio during the acquisition of makepositive in 2021 and continued to head up the India practice. In 2025, he took over the India business and rebranded it as Keonos, reflecting his vision for innovation and simplicity. Today, Manu leads Keonos as its Founder & CEO, with the same values that have defined his journey-innovation with intention, simplicity in execution, and people at the heart of it all^[1].
