Reson for use
Some editors belive that adding a tag to the top of many artciles is called Wikipedia:Tag bombing. While tag bombing is not poicy r00m_c was blocked once for doing this. The resolve was that a comment should be made on the talk page instead of the top of every article. The unreftemplate is not used becasue that template may put the artilce on some kinda list of artciles missing sources.
