premsend ( pronounced as preamsend ) is the login name used by Premkumar Ranganathan for his mail accounts such as yahoo and gmail. premsend is the mix of two names - prem from premkumar and send from sendanadu.

History
Personal life

Premkumar Ranganathan is from Sendanadu, a village in the state of Tamil Nadu in India. He is born to Mr. Ranganathan and Ms.Malliga on the 30th of December 1977. He has one sister (Ms. Lakshmi Praba) and one brother (Mr. Praveen Kumar). Prem is the eldest son of the family. Prem married Ms. Alamelu on the 30th of November 2008. He is blessed with a baby girl (Myvizhichelvi) on 25th of June 2010.

Education

His early schooling was in Sendanadu itself. When he finished his 8th Std, he has been moved to Cuddalore the nearby city where the schools were better.He joined the St.Joseph's Higher Secondary School in Thirupapauliyur and studied untill the 12th Std.

He then joined the St. Joseph's College of Arts & Science for his Bachelor Degree in Physics. He passed out in First Class and further wanted to concentrate on some professional courses. Hotel Management caught his attention and he immediately joined the Pondicherry Institute of Hospitality Crafts (PIHC) where he passed out with first class with honors in the Front Office & Housekeeping Course.

Professional life

Prem joined ITC Kakatiya Sheraton, Hyderabad in June 2000 as a Housekeeping Room Attendant. He gained a lot of practical knoweldge about Housekeeping in Kakatiya. Later in the same year he transferred to the Housekeeping Desk to handle the Desk Operations. After 2 years, in 2002 he shifted to the floors as Trainee Floor Supervisor. He worked with Kakatiya till January 2004.

Prem joined the Park Hyatt Goa Resort & Spa (PHG) on 9th February 2004. He joined as a Desk Attendant. He then promoted as Housekeeping Team Leader in 2006. Due to his dedication and hardwork he again got promoted as Assistant Manager - Housekeeping in 2008. Prem worked as an AM for PHG till January 2009.

Prem is currently working as Assistant Executive Housekeeper for the hotel Crowne Plaza Kuwait in Kuwait since February 2009.

Hobbies

Prem likes to play Cricket and represented his employers in various tournaments. He also love to play Chess. He loves action and comedy movies. Likes to listen anything from melody to rap depending on his mood. He just loves reading Books. He is an avid fan of Child Lee and Micheal Crichton.
