Felipe (Phil) is know for his role in 8 Start-Up Companies, including International Data Products, NeXT, Pages, Absolute Software, Certeon, and FedBid. Phil also worked for technology Industry Giants Acer and Dell. Phil founded FedBid, a reverse-auction procure tool for the Federal Government, in the study of his home in 1998. He raised venture capital in 1999 and 2000 to launch the product in mid-2000. Due to the downturn in the market, FedBid was sold in 2001 to Daston, a government contractor in Northern Virginia.


Phil Fuster hold a patent (United States Patent 7272579) for an Auction Based Procurement System with the US Office of Patent and Trademarks.

Attended the University of Maryland for Undergraduate Studies. Also attended the University of Phoenix. Holds an MBA from the University of Maryland.

Holds a First Degree Black Belt in Takesan Goshen Aiki-Jiu-Jitsu and a Black Belt in Judo.
