Pete Carroll was born in Manchester, England before moving to Australia where he worked for Sony Music prior to setting up Offworld Sounds with [Stephen Mallinder] from [Cabaret Voltaire]. Offworld Sounds released record by Ku-ling Bros, Sassi and Loco, Soundlab, Little Egypt, and compilations Flat Back Four, Heat Electric and Cooking with gas. He also founded littleBIGMAN records with [Happy Mondays] drummer Gaz Whelan. littelBIGMAN records released records by Buffalo 66, Ease and The Panics. Carroll has developed multi media products for premiere league football teams and worked as a radio broadcaster. He managed Arts Radio station [RTRFM], where he also hosted [Soulsides], a weekly broadcast of soul, funk and Northern Soul. He also broadcast a weekly segments for [ABC] radio.
