Old U.L. Football Club is an Irish semi-professional football club based in Donnybrook, Dublin, who currently play in the Astro League. The club was founded in 2008 and have played at their current home ground ever since.The club was floated by the previous owner and chairman,but in May 2008, Belmont Industries acquired the club for a substantial fee.


They have a long-standing and fierce rivalry with most rival clubs, and their reputation precedes them.The club's traditional kit colours are royal blue and white shirts. This comes from all the colours of the University of Limerick, where the club gets its name. Their traditional crest is also that of the University of Limerick.
