Nick Dash (born Nicholas Michael Dash on January 16, 1974) is an American actor, and producer. While he prefers to identify himself as a non celebrity, the public believes otherwise when he was voted one of the Hottest New Celebrities of 2008. Nick is best known for his roles in films such as Anthony Swoffard's Gulf War memoir Jarhead and Circus Films upcoming film Pool Party.

After graduating from Vanguard High school, Nick joined and served Honorably in the United States Marine Corps for nearly 15 years when an injury prevented him from finishing his career. Nick's first film role was an uncredited but noteworthy appearance in the 2005 film Jarhead. He then produced, directed and starred in the 2005 short film Porthole, a short semi-autobiographical film which follows a Marine attempting to find himself. After moving to LA, Nick went on to work numerous films and television including a guest appearance on The Best Damn Sports Show Period, but felt more comfortable behind the scenes training actors to be Marines.

In 2006 he found himself leaving California and settling down in Ocala, Florida to be closer to his children. While in Florida, Nick was a guest star for an episode of Dr. G: Medical Examiner on Discovery. There he met and fell in love with Jamie lynn, the woman whom he would later say " I met the woman of my dreams, the only woman in my dreams". They are expecting their first child together.

Nick's latest project is Mikael Saloman's made for television's, The Andromeda Strain (2008)(TV). Nick has since given up acting for the time being and now lives in Washington, D.C. as a Military Advisor.
