Re-programming
A full re-code of this bot is being performed to undertake its tasks in a more efficient manner. The bot will be programmed in Python and setup as an automated clerk for WP:AN3, subject to WP:BAG and community consensus. Any comments regarding the bot can be directed to its owner.

Disabling NekoBot

Purpose/Tasks
The purpose of this bot is to monitor WP:AN/EW and notify user to reports against them. The bot will notify administrators via the Template:admin backlog if the following cases are met:
- There are more than 4 reports pending, the template will be added
- If there are less than 3 reports remaining, the template will be removed

False Positive
If there is a false positive made by NekoBot, either via a WP:AN/EW report warning being posted on the wrong user page, or the backlog tag being added/removed outwith the above guidelines.
