Gigabits LAN Center - Popular LAN gaming center located in Orlando, Florida across the street from the University of Central Florida. Founded by the Lozada brothers: Manny, Frank, and Robert in October of 2004.

Gigabits LAN Center

The location encompassed a 1,500 SqFt. facility with 15 computers, 3 HDTV's, Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, Wii, Nintendo GameCube. With a T-1 high-speed internet connection, this LAN center provides internet cafe atmosphere and services as well. With weekly LAN parties, tournaments and scheduled events, there is always something to do.

The games menu has over 50 different PC and console games, including industry favorites like Counter-Strike, Battlefield 2142, Battlefield 2, Halo 2, World of Warcraft and Super Smash Brothers Melee.

Tournaments

Gigabits has grown in popularity on the Florida video gaming scene as one of the best venues for tournaments for games such as Counter-Strike: Source, Counter-Strike 1.6, and Super Smash Brothers Melee, among others. Gamers from all over the state of Florida compete for money and bragging rights on the very contested matches hosted at Gigabits.
