Greetings to anyone looking at this page!

I enjoy writing for Wikipedia occasionally. I have very little interest in joining any projects and absolutely none in becoming an administrator. What I offer is - I hope - reasonably well-turned out material on things that interest me.

I am much more keen on substance than form, so if I don't follow the Wikipedia protocols closely - not that I wilfully ignore them - please feel free to enlighten me. I welcome friendly advice.

My interests are wide but for now on Wikipedia they cover:

  • Psychology - in which I have active research interests
  • France - a favourite destination, and I enjoy translating from French wikipedia
  • The history of the Paston family from Norfolk, source of some of our most important 15th century texts in English
  • History of the Moravian Church, founded in Bohemia in 1457, arguably the oldest protestant church in the world

Doubtless this list will change over time!
