Rolanda Agbolo is a Ghanaian programs assistant, climate advocate, and creative volunteer. Her commitment to civic engagement, social impact, and community development is what keeps her moving. She currently serves as a Programs Assistant at BudgIT Ghana, a civic-tech organization that uses technology to simplify public finance and advocate for transparency and accountability in governance.

Rolanda was born and raised in Ghana. From an early age, she has passion for social justice, creativity, and youth development. She pursued higher education at the University of Ghana, attaining a bachelor's degree in Economics and Philosophy. Joining in numerous in-person and online leadership trainings, she has also developed skills in communication and public engagement..

Ms. Agbolo began her professional journey as a customer service intern at Steaman Groups Limited, where her interpersonal skills and strong foundation in client engagement enhanced her communication. In her current role at BudgIT Ghana, she contributes to program implementation, supporting various initiatives that promote fiscal transparency, citizen engagement, and social accountability. Her work has made her a rising voice in civic tech and youth advocacy spaces.

Beyond the professional commitments, Rolanda is passionate about climate advocacy, volunteering, voice-over work, working with children, and art. She has participated in several volunteer-driven projects, lending her voice and time to causes that uplift vulnerable communities and promote environmental sustainability.
