Azim Group is one the largest multinational conglomerate founded in Bangladesh.[1] It was founded in 1975 by Mohammad Fazlul Azim[2], an influential Bangladeshi industrialist[3][4] and former Member of Parliament (MP)[5] of the Jatiyo Sangsad. Azim Group is a pioneer[6][7] of the mega $30 billion[8][9] garment sector of Bangladesh. Today, it is a leading garment exporter[10] and exports readymade garments to various markets of the world[11]. Azim Group has also marked its footprint into the steel industry.[12][13] From a one-man brand in 1975, today Azim Group has over 28,000 employees[14] and an annual turnover in excess of US$250 million[15].
