Milko Edinson Vilela Uribe, ( 30 de Agosto de 1971) periodista, productor y director de documentales, cinematografo, director de fotografia, guionista, camarografo y editor, nacio en el Puerto del Callao, distrito de Lima en el Peru.

Milko , es el segundo hijo del matrimonio entre Raul Severo Vilela Zarate y Noemi Antonieta Uribe Bazalar.

Tiene dos hermanos, el mayor, Raul Daniel Vilela Uribe y el menor, Johnny Milton Vilela Uribe . 

El nombre Milko es de origen Balkan y fue escogido por su madre, al ver el en periodico a un artista de televison de origen yugoslavo con ese nombre.

Milko Vilela, como es conocido, es Periodista egresado y titulado de la Universidad" San Martin de Porres" en Lima -Peru en 1995. Reside en el Reino Unido desde Diciembre de 1999 y obtuvo una Maestria en realizacion y direccion de documentales de la "Universidad de Bedfordshire" en Inglaterra. En Agosto de 21013, Milko recibe su naturalizacion britanica, obteniendo asi doble nacionalidad: peruana y britanica.
