1.night commuters are children from the ages of 3-17 hwo walk 12 miles each night so that they can sleep in the nearest town toghether so that it will be safer then in their homes.
2. The Lra has impacted their lives by taking children killing families so that childern have no other choice but to be in thier army. Many people are at displacment camps because their village was destroyed. many people live with fear. many peole are sick and little can be done.
3. peole have created camps for people without homes the government has tried to get the lra to surrender. The percent of people with aids has lowered to just one digit. more countries are aware of the problem and steeping in. The government is trying to back its power.
