User:Michaeltag

Hello Wikipedians,

I am Michael T. I live in Northern California, about 30 miles East of San Francisco. "Tag" was a nickname given to me by a fellow saxophone player that sat next to me for several years in middle school and high school band. Hence, the username "michaeltag" that I have used at several ISP's over the years. Tag is not my last name. If there is a Michael Tag out there. Sorry about that.

I am a huge fan of Wikipedia. I started with an edit, then wrote a small article. As I come upon subjects where I have some experience or expertise, I will continue, though my time to devote to Wikipedia is limited. My Wiki searches tend to center around history, religion, theology, computers, music, wildlife, motorsports and human and canine health, just to name a few topics. For a living, I help people and small business with their computers, mostly Macs. I also hold single subject credentials in English and Social Science and have taught middle school and high school. My true calling, so far, however, is playing drums (at various volumes) in a few area churches to help facilitate meaningful, powerful worship for folks.

Some people I admire are: Jesus, St. Patrick, Bono, (see a theme?), Winston Churchill, Frank Capra, Bonnie Hunt, Steve Jobs, Tom Tykwer, Jim Wallis, Tom Coburn, Cory Booker, N.T. Wright, my wife, sometimes myself and my daughters. On another day, this list would look different, so I'll come back and add to all of this periodically.

Thanks for reading, --Michaeltag
