Michael Martinez

Michael Martinez, (born August 22, 1983) is a Colombian-born American filmmaker. Was born in Cali, Colombia in 1983. Michael ​worked as a Videographer/Audio & Video Editor for than 17 years as a freelancer. Infomercials, Films, TV & Web Series, TV Commercials, Music Videos. He specialize in the art of color grading using DaVinci Resolve and I use this knowledge to better the image quality of the footage and the project. Creating amazing footage is may passion, I consider my self to be a hard working person in collaboration with good teams, I always take direction in timely manner, I'm bilingual( English and Spanish), I'm organized, reliable and punctual.

In a career spanning more than one decade, Michael is a Director, Producer, Cinematographer, Senior Audio & Video Editor & DaVinci Resolve Colorist. Michael has experience directing and producing Feature Films, TV Series, Commercials and Music Videos which combine Visual FX to expand and strengthen an already broad and diverse business.  Michael was a Director of Photography, Senior Audio/Video Editor and DI Colorist for the film “Unguarded”, Director of Photography for “Carmen G”, Steadicam operator for “The Vortex”, Director of Photography and Steadicam Operator for “Secret Guilt”, and Director for TV miniseries “Renascent”. Camera Operator & Senior DI Colorist for Walking with Angels.

Michael Martinez has been involved in the Development, Pre-Production and Production process of the feature film and trilogy Rupturian. He was also involved in the Pre Production & Production of the feature film "Carmen G."

I ​have ​worked as a Videographer/Audio & Video Editor for than 10 years as a freelancer giving me the experience you are looking for. • DaVinci Resolve 12: Full Version of DaVinci Resolve for color grading/correction /with dongle.
