Rabi'a ibn Mani' ibn Rabi'a ibn al-Muraydi (Arabic: ربيعة بن مانع بن ربيعة المريدي) was the second emir of Diriyah beginning in 1463, and son of the founder of the emirate. Rabi'a assumed the kingship of Diriyah after his father's death and continued on the throne until his son Musa overthrew him. Musa tried to assassinate his father in the coup, but Rabi'a managed to escape and fled to the Emirate of al-Uyaynah, where Hamad ibn Hassan gave him refuge. Early life edit

Rabi’a ibn Mani’ ibn Rabi’a ibn al- Muraydi was born in 1420 in Eastern province, Saudi Arabia. 

Then Rabi’a ibn Mani had sons and one of his sons is named Musa bin Rabi’a bin Mani al Muraydi. Musa bin Rabi’a bin Mani al Muraydi is one of Mani al muraydi’s grandsons then. Mani al Muraydi was born in Eastern province, Saudi Arabia on October 24, 1400 and his son Rabi’a bin mani al muraydi was born in Eastern province, Saudi Arabia in the year 1420. Then the grandson Musa bin Rabi’a bin Mani al muraydi was born in Eastern province, Saudi Arabia in the year 1460 and one of the grandsons. The Al muraydi family are adnanite Arabs from banu Hanifa of Banu Bakr of Banu wā’il of Adnanite Arab tribes.

The family in total is estimated to comprise 15,000 members; however, the majority of power, influence and wealth is possessed by a group of about 2,000 of them.[5][6] Some estimates of the royal family's wealth measure their net worth at $126.481 quadrillion.
