Marc Capuno is an athlete, writer, actor, photographer, researcher and film maker. Born October 7, 2000 in Manila, Philippines.

EARLY LIFE Marc was born in Manila, Philippines. As a child, he was so fascinated with films, at age 8, he created his own short film titled BMarc's One Man Band and uploaded it on Youtube.

CAREER Marc participated in films during his highschool years. Around 2014, he had a role and was part of the writers in the short film titled The Good Samaritan, directed by Gabrielle Astilla, he co-starred along with Esmeralda Indefenzo, Reez Jacinto, Arianne Murillo, Jian Ladines and Reishelle Andres. In 2015, he had three projects. The first project, he wrote and directed and contributed his acting skills in the film "Tindahan ni Joshualy". His second project was a Video Log (Vlog) film, tackling the rising prices of rice in the Philippines. Marc hosted it, Janella Navarro and Athea Gala were co-stars. Athea Gala directed the film. His third and final supposed project was about Volcanic Eruptions. He was attached to star along with Audrey Silvestre, while Janella Navarro was signed on to direct. The film written with Marc and Audrey was scrapped, Janella Navarro decided to carry on with the production without the two main stars, due to scheduling conflicts. In 2016, Marc was cast in a cameo role as a Boss in a film once again by Janella Navarro, titled "Last Wish". He co-starred with Tia Mallari, Sturdy Gilbuena, Mika Matias, Janne Garcia, Jewel Bayer and Danilo Hernandez. However, production was put to a hault when there was an outbreak of Chickenpox in the Philipines during early 2017. Marc was tasked to temporarily helm the directing chair as Director and lead writer Janella Navarro was sick. In June of 2017, Marc was cast in a commentary regarding Social Media safety, filming started by July of the same year. He co-starred with Janella Navarro, Kaeziel Santillan, John Jose. Janella and Kaeziel co-directed. June of 2018, producer V de Brulle hired Marc to create an animated short film about the Book of Philemon from the Bible. In August of 2018, Marc co-wrote and directed his own film, titled: Hundred Shades of Lip Pot. It was co-written by Airha Abenir. It starred Gianina Alicog, John Banto, Airha Abenir, Keziah Reynancia, Kaeziel Santillan, with a cameo role from Christia Santos. Marc only appeared briefly in a cameo before the credits. This film proved to be a success as it was viewed a handful of times during the 2018 National University-Nazareth School Business Expo. The next month, he produced, filmed and appeared in the film "Depression: Public Service Announcement", starring Jenellah de Guzman, Aaron Soriano, Shara Pumarada and Dave Recolizado. It was critically helmed by critics, Kevin Santos of NUNS Arts and History Department, calling it "Original". With the same cast and crew, Marc wrote a film that was a satire, entailing the campaigning antiques of Philipine politicians. It was critcally panned as it was misunderstood by critics as a serious film. In early 2019, Marc wrote and directed "Nuclear Medicine", a commentary on the dangers and benefits of nuclear energy. The film starred Paul Comabalicer, Shara Pumarada, Jenellah de Guzman, Jose Contreras. It was filmed in UST, España, Manila. In March of 2019, Marc worked on a celebratory flm titled "STEM 172 Philemon, which had 39 actors signed on. It was his most ambitious project yet. It took two months to complete production. It was released on April 3, 2019 and was viewed on April 14, 2019. During May of 2019, Marc pitched the film "Rewrite" that was set in the present, but the hero was sent to 2014. It was supposed to be led by Marc as director, writer and lead star with Christia Santos in talks as leading lady. Mico Magtira was also considered for a role. However, by June of 2019, the project's production was put on hold as lead Marc Capuno suffered a personal loss. However, as the dust settled, Christia Santos dropped out of the project. The film, Rewrite was scrapped. Currently, there are no plans to reconsider the continuation of the project. In late June of 2019, Marc wrote, directed and produced "NUMOC" advertisment video. Currently, he is signed on to direct a follow-up to the original "Depression: Public Service Announcement". The film is currently in production. The actors attached are Janicka Ayes, Francheska Cruz, Vaugh Codilla, Joan Bumanlag, with Marc having a cameo role. A film written by Andrea Punzal is currently in pre-production. It will star Reign Yu, Khristal Quijano, Renalyn Javana, Andrea Punzal and Marc Capuno. The film’s proposed title is: “When in Manila: Escolta”. It will film in Escolta st. In Escolta st., Binondo, Manila.
