The rapper known as MANTIS AKA BUIZNESS is from the windy city CHICAGO.He has been writing music since the age of 12. It wasnt until his cousin chuck low introduced him to his self made studio in his house which had every thing you needed to make music "the right way". MANTIS then learned how to write bars,hooks and verses all with the help of CHUCK LOW and another cousin POTENTAL.('we would freestlye and gain skill everyday').Then in 7th grade he met SERIOUS ONE who went by the name of submental and from there it was a rap! ('we clicked quick.')Then a couple years later they made a group called tha family witch consisted on MANTIS SERIOUS and D-mob until later when we met the other soul members of the group which were R.E.G marvalious and subliminal the group worked well together and let 2 mixtapes out 100 bullets and strickly murder strickly redrum which were some of the hottest underground mixtapes out in da hood at the time.The group then took a toll.SERIOUS than created the REDRUM MOVMENT MUSIC group. MANTIS stuck with SERIOUS and continued to work with him.The group were based on SERIOUS,EPIDEMIK and SINCERE.('they were biuseness when it came to making good music') MANTIS then made his first small mixtape project called STATE OF EMERGENCY.('i was glad when i made that mixtape it let me know that when i motivate time properly i make good music') He promoted his music threw myspace and started to build his fan base and it grow qiuck.(i then took a break to chill away from the studio and isolated myself into writng verses i filled up 10 notebook of rhymes and still had more to say im lovin this rapp shit').MANTIS is currently in the redrum movement music group as of 2008 under the productions of SERIOUS ONE.He has been working on a new mix tape called "Its buizness nothing personal" and it said to be one of the best things coming out this summer
