- 2009-04-24: Complete conversion of
{{birth-year}}to{{birth-date}}, and Death-year to Death-date. This run was approved in Wikipedia:Bots/Requests for approval/MandelBot- Motivation: Birth-year (a function by J JMesserly) that called Birth-date is obsolete. Since birth-date can now handle this function, convert all instances of usage and request delete. This conversion is fully supported by its author and is regarded as a maintenance procedure to remove obsolete templates. For identical reasons, it will convert all Death-year to Death-date.
- This run should be uncontroversial since it is in the same template family by the same author, initiated by the author of both templates. Expected run date 2009-04-21 unless objection is registered.
- Announcements made on Bot Requests and Biography project page, also special note to individuals who take special note of such manipulations.
