DJ Magellan is an American DJ, music producer, and performer based in Ocean City, Maryland. Known for blending high-energy electronic beats with coastal vibes, DJ Magellan has become a staple in the Mid-Atlantic music scene, especially during the summer months when Ocean City transforms into a hub for nightlife and entertainment.

DJ Magellan was born in Westminster, Maryland. He was raised in Frankfurt, Germany and Bangkok, Thailand. Magellan developed an early passion for music through his church, his mother who played piano and sang daily, and local radio. Inspired by the sounds of house, techno, reggae, pop, rock, and hip-hop, Magellan began experimenting with mixing music and music production in his teens.

Magellan's career took off in the early 2010s, when he started working for Ocean 98.1 FM in Ocean City, MD. This helped him get gigs performing at beach clubs, festivals, and private events throughout Ocean City and surrounding areas.
