Shawn Brown Wheeler better known by his stage name M-Wone is an African American Indian rapper, actor, screenwriter and music producer, he is also the President and Chief Executive Operator "C.E.O" of Above Watta Records which was founded by M-Wone in 1998.

M-Wone was born and raised in Fresno, California M-Wone grew up in Fresno with out a role model which led him to get in a little trouble as a youth. In 1998 M-Wone was sent to the California Youth Authority where he met another artist by the name of Shawn Thomas who goes under the moniker "C-BO" they both had talent and inspired each other as far as making it in the music industry one day. However M-Wone had a talent that most people don't have which is to rap, produce music, and screenwrite scripts for movies M-Wone has wrote three movies that he plans on releasing in the near future. Like some artist M-Wone started off in a group in 1992 called "Black Society Movement" and like most rap groups it's always a artist in the group that has a difference so with that M-Wone decided to go solo as a artist and start his own record label and released his second Cd Thanx 4 Tha Patience Under his label Above Watta Records in the 2006.
