Longping Derek Zhao (趙 龍平) is a Pekingese VR panographer, and founder of Artexb.com, which was founded in 2016 in Beijing.

He received a BCom from Macquarie University Sydney in 2005 and engaged in the Contemporary Art Scene in Beijing since 2009. He was the Deputy Director at the Digital Art Museum of Today Art Museum, Beijing, from 2011 to 2014.
