De Move Forward Party (พรรคก้าวไกล) is een sociaal democratische en progressieve partij, die tegen de invloed is van het leger in de Thaise politiek. Het is de de facto opvolger van de Future Forward Party die in 2020 door het constitutionele hof werd ontbonden.

Geschiedenis

De partij werd opgericht op 1 mei 2014 als de Ruam Pattana Chart Thai Party.

In begin 2020 werd het de opvolger van de Future Forward party die partij werd ontbonden door het constitutionele hof, waarna grootschalige protesten uitbraken in Thailand. 55 van de 65 parlementsleden die bij de fractie van de Future Forward Party zaten, voegden zich samen tot de Move Forward Party met dezelfde speerpunten als de Future Forward Party.[1] [[Category:Thaise politieke partij]]
