I grew up in Vietnam and currently live in the United States. I am bilingual and roughly equally fluent in Vietnamese and English (if anything slightly more fluent in English). I intend to occasionally make edits to articles about government and politics. In particular, I hope to improve some articles about Vietnamese local government to make them more readable and flow better to English readers without making it confusing to bilingual readers who may have heard about these places and events in Vietnamese first.
