What is keeping our shared consciouness as a species from evolving as rapidly as it should to keep pace with our interconnectedness as consumers? It is the lack of consensus on matters of import which elude the easy measurment afforded objects and money.
I have a thought i'd like to express about common denominators, and how attempts might be made to build consensus on controversial subjects using rolling surveys which use Wiki technology to poll for views held by individuals and groups with greater accuracy then presently offered. I would liken the concept to a 3d rolling poll, that provides the ability to model widely held opinions accurately, objectively, with the depth of perception possible with shifts in query.
an exmaple would be:
"do you believe in god?"
yes / no
"do you believe that nature is
