Meiune Advertising is owned and founded by Zach Boiko, in 2007 he began projects with Meiune Advertising as a free to advertise message board. He soon closed the message board due to lack of support. In February of 2010, Zach reopened his message board in hopes of making a full fledged business out of the message board. Since February of 2010, the site has acquired more than 400 visitors, with more than 200 being unique. Design of the message board was created by Becca of Free to Advertise, another message board, in which websites are allowed to advertise.
