JSNaol ie. Jaspal Singh Naol (Jal) is Navi Mumbai based award wining Journalist and the very socially active person. He wants to make a change in society from grassroot levels permanently. Always helpful with a quick insight into societal workings.

Serving as a Journalist since last Two decades. His best quality of writing is that, he easily links local issues with the international issues. More focused on Human Rights based writings. He came into Journalism in the year 2000. It is since than he has not looked back. People know him as a social Journalist.

Since his early teenage he and his friends used to provide free education to the street children (beggars) at Nerul Railway Station. They were also successful in transforming couple of beggar into small street vendor. He had initially participated in a three month long training workshop (Youth Animators Training Programme) of basic Human Rights from an renowned NGO, Youth for Unity and Voluntary Action (YUVA). It is during this training programme he was renamed as 'Jal' ie. 'Water' It is since than he have been participating in various policy research and analyzing namely Youths, Water, Housing Rights, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Policy, City Development Plans, Street Vendors Policy etc.. He has been directly and indirectly promoting Upcycling in Navi Mumbai in Collaboration with Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation.

To find the lost historical people of Hindustan Socialist Republican Association and Naujawan Bharat Sabha the political party linked with Shaheed Bhagat Singh. He travelled all the way to Punjab, Delhi, UP and Kolkata. Naol later traveled all over Maharashtra along with Environmentalist Medha Patkar to spread the first of a kind Youth Manifesto Made by the Youths, For the Youth and of the Youths. The Youth manifesto objective was the development of the Youths and Youths Development for the National Development.

Naol and his team are researching and interlinking with nature based technologies and sustainable development process since the year 2014. They believes Green Economy is possible only by creating Social enterprises and teaching them the utilization of Green Applications.
