Roadrunners Shine at the 2003 Princeton Tournament
The Roadrunners delivered an impressive performance at the 2003 Princeton Wrestling Tournament, placing four wrestlers on the podium and showcasing the depth and competitiveness of their lineup.
Leading the way was James Rollins, who captured the championship at 133 pounds, dominating his bracket and establishing himself as one of the premier lightweights in the region.
At 125 pounds, Vince Lipsey battled his way to a strong second-place finish, demonstrating sharp technique and consistency throughout the day.
In one of the tournament’s deeper brackets, 141-pounder Sam Jones secured a solid fourth-place finish, giving the Roadrunners valuable points and momentum.
At 149 pounds, Jason Bolinski had an excellent showing, earning second place and pushing the pace in every match.
Rounding out the medalists was Dave Wilcox, who wrestled at 133 pounds and stepped onto the podium with a third-place finish, adding another standout performance to the team’s total.
