Jeremy Fred Foster (born ca. 1978) and his lovely wife Jennifer Lashay Foster pastor Hope City Church in Houston, Texas.

Foster is the son of Mark and Paulla Foster, who formerly pastored the Pentecostal's of the Twin Cities in West Monroe, Louisiana.

Hope City was established in 2015, now with 5 campuses, not including their campus in Tanzania, Africa. Hope City is one of the fastest-growing churches in America. They attract diverse crowds who enjoy the laid back and free spirit of the church.

Mentored by Dr. John Maxwell and Pastor Chris Hodges, Pastor Jeremy is a well rounded, dynamic leader.

Known as a family man, he has five children and a "plus one." His eldest daughters, Carla, Jayden, and Jese, range from 18-23. His younger children are Jillian, Jackson, and Josiah.
