Bold text Cthulhu mythos the ansestorial gods

Many know of the Call of Cthulhu by hp Love craft but few know of the astounding amount of cults and mythology that existed both after and even before the book was actually written. In fact most of the original mythology came from ancient Simoen legends that told of encounters of dream lords and creatures known as the Magaio entities with an existence of both corporeal and incorporeal substance capable of shifting in and out of existence at will. Some of these legends date back to the 1200s where African tribes had many legends of entities appearing that had no ties with there traditional gods but who randomly appeared to reach chaos and death upon the land. the legends say there was a particular saying chanted by the people to warn of these creatures " yunvalu ik amanubalu teke teke shandal uvak" loosely translated t means "when stars shin to bright run run my child lest the shadows rip you apart". Cthulhu is but one of the elder gods or ancient ones that have been found in the legends but there where more much much more the most unknown of which where the ancestral gods.

The ancestral gods where the originals all formed out ot the will of the prima AMatavalu or in English the dark one the supreme entity of darkness his will is so powerful that a trace of his darkness is sown into the soul of every living thing in the world that which succumbs to the dark becomes his slave. It was even latter believed that legends told of some born with a greater sliver of the dark one in their souls than others these unfortunate beings where under the influence of this terrible power to the extent that physical transformations could occur from the darl one altering not just there consciousness but there very Dna and thus horrible mutations would occur. these unfortunate beings where known as the wretched but more on them latter. the dark one was a supreme force that existed not as a solid physical being but as the manifestation of hate itself whose cumulative mass and sum existes as an exact replica of the amount of hate malice and ill will throughout the world it is said that during the great wars in forgotten history where nearly all life was wiped out which we can find vague references to in such books as the bible with its great flood but it is believed by some to have been a flood of evil not water that caused man to go mad with blood lust and tear all life asunder it is then that that it is believed the dark one finally became strong enough to exact his will upon reality in the form of the ancestral gods or the Tan ku
