Me, Myself, and I
My name is Joshua Albrecht and I'm currently attending Marquette University as a Junior as of the 2016-17 academic year. I'm apparently an Aries, but I never understood what that has to do with why my deepest fear is deep water that has no observable bottom. I like to eat spicy foods such as chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella and diced habaneros. I believe my love for spicy foods stem from the fact that my sense of taste is not very keen. For example, I can barely taste most meats which is why I rarely eat any besides chicken. The reason why I eat chicken is not necessarily for the flavor but more for the texture. If the texture isn't just right, then I won't care to eat it. I only eat un-marinated chicken because when chicken is marinated it loses its fibrous texture and becomes more homogeneous. This is my life and my story.
