About Me

I am Hilary Frank, PhD, a researcher and lecturer specialising in 5G networks. My work focuses on multi-connectivity wireless networks, techno-economic assessment of emerging technologies, and technology policy, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. I have contributed to European Union (H2020) and UK-funded research projects in next-generation wireless systems as a 5G researcher with the Smart Internet Lab, University of Bristol (UK). These projects involved work on network automation, private 5G architectures, and multi-access design. I enjoy leading technical documentation and communicating complex findings to academic, industry, and policy audiences.
