Merriam's shrew (Sorex merriami) is a small species of shrew found sparsely throughout the western United States and in the extreme south of British Columbia.

Description

Merriam's shrew is small among other Sorex species. Its average size is slightly under 10cm, with an approximate tail-length of 3.6cm and mass of 6g.[2]
