This user has publicly declared that they have a conflict of interest regarding the Wikipedia article Plastic Free July.

I am an independent sustainability consultant who works with both for-profit and not-for-profit organisations, mainly in the environmental and performing arts areas. Pro bono and volunteer work have also been a longstanding part of my professional and community practice.

Over many years, this has included voluntary work with Plastic Free Foundation, the organiser of Plastic Free July. Recently, I began receiving a nominal fee for assisting with its licensing initiative, unrelated to Wikipedia editing.

In a voluntary capacity, I drafted the Plastic Free July article. As I continue developing my Wikipedia editing skills, I plan to follow Wikipedia’s conflict-of-interest and neutral point-of-view policies and contribute to other articles, especially those focused on community-based environmental and performing arts topics.
