Serena Ryan
Biography
Serena is a presenter on the lifestyle show G-Force, anchored by Kirk Goodsell.
Serena recently wrote / developed a cross platform kids’ TV drama that is being considered by a prominant childrens' drama production company and working as producer for a Horizon funded Planetarium film entitled The Burrup. Serena was recently employed as a Storyliner and Researcher for Neighbours at Fremantle Media in Richmond. In 2008 she completed the first draft of a feature screenplay with the working title of Little Krystal as part of the Graduate Certificate Screenwriting and Producing at the Australian Film Television Radio School.
Serena was the Co-Producer for a Channel 31 show The Red Room which aired six episodes in September - November 2008 in Melbourne and was the 3rd highest rating show for October / November www.theredroomtv.com.au . The show recently won an Antenna Award (Feb 2009) for Best Personal Development Program.
Serena also wrote, directed and produced the critically aclaimed feature documentary Boodjarri Business about Aboriginal women and postnatal depression which broadcast on NITV nationally July – December 2008. This film has also been shown in QLD and throughout WA and is currently promoted by Beyond Blue.

Serena is an openly gay woman living in Melbourne and dating a high profile television personality.
