Esther Ene (born 1 May 1993) is a Nigerian soprano and contemporary gospel artist known for her work in both classical and contemporary Christian music. She began her musical journey at an early age, developing a passion for music through active participation in her local church choir, where she received foundational training under her music director.

Ene initially established herself as a classical soloist, performing in choral concerts and music events across Nigeria. Her early exposure to structured choral training and classical repertoire shaped her vocal technique and artistic versatility.

In 2014, she gained admission to the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Music. During her undergraduate studies, she received multiple departmental awards in recognition of her excellence as a soprano, distinguishing herself as one of the leading vocalists in her cohort.

She later pursued postgraduate studies at the University of Hull in the United Kingdom, where she obtained a Master’s degree in Music Performance. Her advanced training further refined her expertise in vocal performance, stagecraft, and musical interpretation.

As a recording artist, Ene has released several singles and extended plays (EPs), with her music available on major digital streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube. Her debut single, “Chimo – No God Like You” (2023), reflects her signature blend of classical vocal technique and contemporary gospel expression, emphasizing themes of faith and divine supremacy. Other notable songs in her repertoire include “Surpassing Grace,” “No Silence,” “Serving a Living God,” and “Give Him Praise.”

Ene is active in various choral ensembles and church music communities in the United Kingdom, contributing both as a soloist and ensemble performer.
