Luke Alexander Perry was born in 1992 at the Queens Head Hospital in Gateshead, UK. His mother is called Karen Perry and his father is called James Perry and they have been married for over 15 years now. His brother, who currently goes to Sunderland University, is called Elliott Perry, he also used to share the same ambitions of becoming an actor as Luke.

Luke's nationality is British but he supposedly had some Irish blood in him, however, when he was young, Luke was told that the Irish part of his family, through his mother's side, weren't actually related to him. He was shocked to find that his mother was adopted when she was younger by her real mother's good friends: the Wagner family. Luke has lived with his family his whole life in the small town of Barmston in the UK.

Acting, singing, dancing and drama have all been a very integral part of Luke's life as when he was younger he watched all the old time classic films and musicals, some examples are Grease (film) and The Marx Brothers, and he frequently visited the cinema as his family were quite well off. Luke was a flambuoyant and confident young boy and wasn't afraid to speak his mind. His grades in Primary school were above standard which he took with him through to Washington Comprehensive school where his intelligence only developed further.
