Eric's family came from Vietnam, escaping the worn torn country to Australia. He grew up seeing how tough his family struggled in life and vowed that he would find the solution to help his family have a better lifestyle.
At the age of 18, he become a real estate agent working in Victoria, Australia and invested in his first property.
He was one of the youngest fully licenced real estate agents in Victoria, age 20.
At 21 years of age he ran his own real estate business through First National Real Estate.
Eric sold his business in 2001 to join The Aldy Group - Victoria and was involved in setting the new Australian record of 399 residential sales in 138 minutes 5th September 2003 (Festival Towers - Devine Limited).
Eric also holds the record of highest sales within a month, 18. This record still stands today.
Since then has been involved in the successful company growth to Brisbane, Auckland and Adelaide branches.
In his workshops and seminars he inspires people of all ages and of multi nationalities to take action and changing their lives for the better.
At the age of 29 he has accummulated an investment portfolio of 18 investment properties throughout Australia.
In 2009 Eric together with Norma Bula and Jack Tran, Co-Founded, Empire Property Investors, to help others create wealth through educational workshops and seminars. Already Empire Property Investors have branches in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, soon to expand globally.
