TYPICAL DUTIES: • Existing base designing. • Proposed surface designing. • LOD, FP, PMA, Existing and proposed utilities. • Site rough grading, Exhibit and Floodplain Delineation Plan. • SDCP, SD, SWM & SEC designing. • Stormwater pollution prevention plan. • SWALE, bioretention & Pond design. • Water & Sewer as built cut sheet. • Dry & Wet utility plan. • Boundary Plat & Easement Plat. • Subdivision plan. • Road construction & traffic control plan. • Site & Landscaping plan. • Land Surveying “Alta, Topo Graphic, Stakeout, Breakpoint, Wall Check & As built survey • Understand project scope. • Work with project team members. • Prepare engineering documents and computations. • Project research and zoning information. • Write reports. • Review project survey data. • Utilize computer and related engineering software packages to perform calculations as directed. • Attend meetings with project team. • Communicate with clients, municipalities, and agencies as directed. • Prepare drawings and construction documents. • Direct Engineer I and CAD Technicians on simple assignments. • Modify plans as reviewed by agencies, municipalities, and clients. • Provide construction-related services. • Prepare permit applications. • W&S cut sheets, House Location sheet, Building Height Sheets, Wall Check Sheet and quantity estimates. • Perform construction observations. • Maintain professional and technical knowledge. • Achieve performance objectives.
