Emmanuel Kabila Mashirika ( born 25 December 1985 ) in Ankoro, located in the Tanganyika Province of the DRC , He is a son of the late DRC President Laurent-Désiré Kabila and a half-brother of former DRC President Joseph Kabila.

Parentage: His father was Laurent-Désiré Kabila, who practiced polygamy and had roughly 25 children. His mother was Victorine Hakiza Masirika, a native of South Kivu who was killed by forces loyal to former dictator Mobutu Sese Seko in 1994.
