Billy Stephen Kenny is a British singer, songwriter and record producer. He is a co-owner of the Germany based This Ain't Bristol record label.[1][2] He is known for his track mixing abilities and use of sampling and scratching.[3] Billy was most recently living in Hannover, Germany where the label is based before moving to and now residing in Los Angeles, California.[4]
