Mary Lula Figaro-Lunnon 1874-1943, served as 1st Supreme Lady of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of Peter Claver (L.A.K.P.C.) from 1926-1928. The motif of this good lady’s life was devotion to duty. Born to Mr. And Mrs Thomas Archille Figaro in Lafayette, LA, she received the Sacraments of her church during childhood. Her husband was the late Michael Leon Lunnon. Being a chartered member of the L.A.K.P.C. and served as its first Supreme Lady. For many years she was State Deputy of Texas. As Grand Lady of her Court, she left an enviable record. As a member of the National body, her work was outstanding. As a friend, she was true. As a wife, and relative, she was above reproach. Her brother, Oscar H. Figaro was was elected Deputy Supreme Knight, only the fourth knight to hold that office.
