It is a combination of the words "Dragon and Cecil" and is NOT a derivation from a character in Beyblades as some people have assumed incorrectly. The last name of the combination is Cegon. The feminine version of the full name is Dracilia Cegon. The name was brought for use online because of its uniqueness.
