Mariom Maria(মরিয়ম মারিয়া) was born in 01, September, 1978 on Jessore District of Bangladesh. Mariom Maria is a professional singer. She first started her music career at twenty through classical music and Nazrul Shangeet. She later focused solely on Modern & Folk music. Her first album was "Premer Patshala", released in 1999. Her first breakthrough came out with the release of her second album "Dub Shatari". The song "Tumi Akash" from the album received critical acclaim from the public. She later started as an Program Producer on Ekushey Television (2011 - 2016).
Early life and education
Mosamad Mariom Bagom Maria aka Mariom Maria was born in Jessore district town in 1978, Father, Sheikh Golam Panjaton and Mother, Rizia Khatun. Maria is their eldest daughter. Her childhood spent in Jessore district. Maria lost her father when she was very young. Her mother, Rizia Khatun, crossed many barriers to raising her two daughters. Maria completed her Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Govt. Girls High School, Jessore in 1993.
