A Good Fight A Good Fight formed in 2003 when guitarist Rizz and bassist Jon decided to create a new kind of band. The brothers first took up instruments together as teenagers after a close friend who played guitar passed away, but different interests and friends found them playing in separate small-time groups that ran their course but left them wanting more. They wanted to form a band that incorporated everything they loved about music into a new sound. They wanted to make their mark, and they wanted to change people's lives. The group soon began practicing as a trio with the addition of drummer Sean Merriott, but they knew they needed a singer. After three years of newspaper ads, flyers, and vocal auditions, lead singer Eddie Love completed the band in the fall of 2006.
