Dean Herman has been actively participating in the computer industry since 1975. Since 1989 he has specialized in Business optimization and Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) & Business Process Management (BPM) with Document Imaging, Workflow, Process Mapping, and content / records management, customer relationship management, and report management (COLD).
Specialties include Services & Solutions, Proof of Concept (POC), Partnering, Consulting, Analysis, and ROI assessments in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Business Process Management (BPM), Process and Content Strategies, Business Analytics and Knowledge Mining (KM) in Banking, Financial, Insurance, Legal, Land & Title, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, State & Local Government, and HR systems. Heavy Microsoft SQL and Oracle SQL, Microsoft Office and Visual Studio Tools based solutions expertise.
Dean's personal experiences include extensive world travel, photography, creative writing of poetry and short stories, logic and debate, collecting antique documents and currency, algorithms, and watercolors. Occasionally he trys to play the guitar.
Dean currently resides in Phoenix Arizona and is welcome to any activities in support of the Wikipedia.
